Stability, security, reliability – these are the values Swiss banks stand for. The latest "Banking Monitor" survey by Swiss Banking on the Swiss banking centre shows that 83% of respondents are satisfied with their primary bank. At the same time, criticism towards the Swiss banking centre is gaining traction in the public eye. So how does the image of banks in Switzerland really stand? What do customers think of their primary bank, and what expectations need to be met? Markus Boss, CEO of Regiobank Solothurn, and brand expert Stefan Vogler weigh in.
