Philipp Fischer is a Partner in the Banking and Finance group at Lenz & Staehelin. He has been an attorney-at-law for over 17 years, focusing mainly on banking, financial and data protection law. He advises financial intermediaries (banks, insurance companies, asset managers, securities houses, collective investment schemes and trustees) on Swiss and international regulatory matters. Philipp Fischer holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Geneva and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
