Carolin Roth X Beat Röthlisberger and Anna Feusi
Anything is possible: from bank apprentice to CEO
Beat Röthlisberger, CEO, and Anna Feusi, apprentice, discuss authentic leadership and why a plan is not always necessary.

Having started as an apprentice at what was then Bankverein, Beat Röthlisberger is now CEO of PostFinance and is convinced that such a career path is still possible, despite all the changes in banking. Anna Feusi, an apprentice at ZKB, is also fascinated by the career opportunities. However, she also has clear expectations of managers in terms of communication and support. An encounter between two generations, with honest insights into what motivation, responsibility and leadership really mean. And how important internal culture, values and attitude are.
The podcasts are available — by episodes — in German or French.
